Required Documents for All Applicants:
Completed Application Form
Fully filled and signed by the applicant.
Valid Passport
Issued within the last 10 years.
Valid for at least three months after the planned return.
Must have at least two blank pages.
Passport-Size Photos
Two recent photographs (not older than six months) with a white background.
Proof of Transport
Flight reservation, or for multiple Schengen states: train itinerary or car rental documentation.
Proof of Lodging
Hotel reservations, holiday home rentals, or proof of accommodation from a host.
Cover Letter
Signed by the applicant, detailing the purpose of the visit and travel plans.
Travel Medical Insurance
Valid across all Schengen countries with a minimum coverage of €30,000.
Proof of Financial Means
Recent private bank statement (last three months), income tax returns, or pay slips.
Clear Photocopy of Passport
First and last pages, and any previous Schengen visas (if applicable).
For Minors
Written consent from the other parent/guardian.
Proof of parent’s/guardian’s ID.
Additional Requirements Based on Purpose of Travel:
Study, Research, or Internship: Certificate of admission, registration, or certificates of establishment.
Tourism: Travel agency certificate or documents confirming travel plans.
Visiting Family/Friends: Proof of relationship (e.g., marriage certificate for spouses).
Cultural, Sports, or Religious Events: Invitation, entry tickets, or enrollment documentation.
Official Delegations: Official invitation and a note verbale from the sending authority.
