Document Checklist
1. Application Form
- Completed and signed residence permit application form, along with Appendix 10.
- Available on the Hungarian Immigration and Asylum Office website.
2. Valid Passport
- Recent passport (issued within the last 10 years).
- Must have at least two blank pages and be valid for the entire employment period.
3. Passport Photos
- Two recent passport-sized photos (taken within the last three months).
4. Flight Booking
- Proof of flight booking for entry to Hungary.
5. Accommodation Proof
- Documented proof of accommodation for the entire stay period.
6. Valid Insurance
- Travel insurance or general insurance provided by the employer.
7. Bank Statement
- A bank statement from the last six months.
8. Proof of Income
- Documentation of regular income (if applicable).
9. Preliminary Employment Contract
- Signed contract from the employer detailing work conditions, salary, and employment duration.
10. Workforce Needs Registration Form
- Preliminary form issued by the competent Hungarian authority.
11. School Certificates
- Most recent job-related certificates in English.
- Apostilled with certified Hungarian translation.
12. Birth Certificate
- Birth certificate in English with Apostille attestation.
13. Police Clearance Certificate
- Clearance certificate from the competent police department.
14. CV in English
- Curriculum vitae in English.
15. Lost Passport Report
- If applicable, a police report for a lost passport.
16. Family Support Declaration
- Declaration for immediate family members financially supported by the applicant (if married).
Additional Notes
- Only original documents are accepted by the Embassy of Hungary. Originals must be presented during the interview.
