Details
Original Passport
Bring the current passport and any old passports with U.S. visas or entry/exit stamps (from the last 10 years).
DS-160 Form
Complete the DS-160 form online and print the confirmation page (mandatory for all applicants).
Entry and Exit Stamps
Ensure all visas, entry, and exit stamps are visible in the passport (from the last 10 years).
Photograph Requirements
Size: 2×2 inches, white background, no glasses, with 80% of the face visible (for Dropbox applicants).
Proof of Investment
Rental income receipts, interest income, or other sources of income (for financial verification).
Income Tax Returns
Provide personal income tax returns for the last 3 years as proof of income.
For Self-Employed Applicants
- Business Documents: Company registration (license, GST details), partnership deed, or proprietorship proof.
- Tax Returns: Last 3 years of business-related IT returns.
- Bank Statements: Last 6 months of company or personal account statements.
For Employed Applicants
- Employer NOC: Letter confirming leave and approval for the trip.
- Payslips: Last 3 months’ payslips for income consistency.
- Bank Statements: Salary and savings account statements for the past 6 months.
For Minors (Under 18)
- Birth Certificate: Proof of the minor’s identity.
- Student ID Proof: If applicable, to show enrollment.
- Parent’s Passport and Other ID: If traveling alone or with one parent, both parents’ ID proofs required.
If the Trip is Sponsored
Sponsor Documents: Bank statements showing sufficient funds (50-150 Euros/day) and a cover letter detailing support and trip details.
If Invited by Friend or Family
Invitation Letter: Should include travel/accommodation details, inviter’s immigration status, and a statement about support.
If Invited by a U.S. Company
Invitation Letter: From a U.S. company on official letterhead, detailing the purpose, duration, and expenses covered by the company. Must be signed by an authorized representative.
Company Cover Letter (If Applicable)
Business Cover Letter: Details about the applicant’s designation, visit purpose, and trip duration. Should confirm company support, signed and stamped by an authorized person.
